Deal Done Property is a free introduction service for UK homeowners who need to sell quickly, run by people who work in property finance and have seen too many sellers taken advantage of.
Why it exists
The quick-sale market does a real job: some people genuinely need certainty and speed more than the last 20% of the price. But it is also home to some of the worst practice in UK property: offers that collapse before exchange, tie-in contracts, invented survey problems. Sellers in a hurry are easy to exploit. We wanted a way in that starts with honesty (is this even right for you?), uses only buyers who sign up to standards, and never makes the offer itself, so there is no incentive to talk anyone down.
What we are not
We are not a buyer, an estate agent, a solicitor or an adviser. We do not value property and we do not make offers. We introduce you to a buyer who does, and we are paid by them for the introduction. Nothing on this site is advice; the comparisons and calculators are there so you can ask better questions.
