Who we are

What we collect
When you complete the enquiry form we collect: why you are selling, the property postcode, type, bedrooms, your value estimate, any mortgage, condition, who lives there, whether it is on the market, your timescale, any notes you add, your name, email, phone number and contact preference, and your consent choices. We also record the page you came from and your IP address to detect spam. The calculators run in your browser and send nothing to us.
Why, and on what basis
To introduce you to a cash buyer who may make you an offer, which is the service you asked for. The basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. Marketing emails are sent only if you tick the separate optional box, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
One cash buyer, [Receiving cash buyer / investor firm name], so that they can contact you about buying the property. Their own privacy notice applies once they have your details. We receive a fee from the buyer for the introduction. If the buyer cannot help, we may ask your permission to pass your enquiry to another; we do not do so without asking. Our email, hosting and CRM providers process data on our behalf. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to estate agents, lenders, advertisers or anyone else.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details for 12 months, so that we can follow up if the buyer cannot help, then deleted. Marketing consent until you withdraw it.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw consent, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
